About

Designed to showcase technical programming contributed by members, the 2027 Annual Meeting will identify presentation and session topics through a member-solicited call for individual abstracts and organized session proposals. Attendees will share and learn about advancements in earthquake engineering and risk reduction from a broad range of technical disciplines with presentations from across both academia and professional practice.

The meeting will take place at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue in Bellevue, Washington, from June 15-17, 2027. Two full days of technical content will take place on the two main meeting days, which follow a pre-conference day of workshops, EERI leadership meetings, and an opening plenary session in the evening. The technical content will be shared across 5 plenary sessions, over 30 breakout sessions, and a robust set of poster sessions at peak times. EERI Committees will be invited to host meetings during lunch breaks and a vibrant exhibit hall will showcase new products and leading companies advancing seismic resilience.
